The Committee on Roads & Transportation moves to amend the bill on page 6, section 3a, line 95, after the word "paragraph", by inserting the following:
"is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof,"
And
On page 11, section 3a, line 175, after the word "paragraph", by inserting the following:
"is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof,"
